The proposed use will comply with all applicable sections of Chapter 18.124 of the Plc+asanton Municipal Code regarding conditional uses; and WHEREAS, minor alterations in land use limitations are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEAS.:.iTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves Case UP•- 88 -25, application of Jim Fazza-iz for a conditional use permit to serve alcoholic beverages after 10:00pm on the site of an approved restaurant located at 475 St. John Street subject to the following conditions: 1. That the use shall conform substantially to the location and details of operation, Exhibit A (dated May 16, 1988), on file with the Planning Department_, 2. That if, at any time in the future, the ownership and /or management of the restaurant is ur'.'_,1e to control the activities of its patrons soon that the presence of the restaurant poses a nuisance to surrounding uses or to the City in general, the Planning Commission may review and if necessary, attach additional conditions or revoke the subject conditional use permit. 3. That the applicant shall apply for and obtain all applicable City permits f a the restaurant establishment prior to the commencement of business.
