6. The applicants shall work with the Community Development Director to <br /> provide acceptable directional signage to the Barone's Restaurant parking <br /> lot. <br /> 7. Prior to starting outdoor music /entertainment after 9:00 p.m., the applicants <br /> shall consult with an acoustic engineer to determine if noise mitigations can <br /> be implemented to reduce noise impacts to the neighbors. <br /> 8. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to noise, parking, <br /> traffic /circulation, or other factors, at the discretion on the Director of <br /> Community Development, this conditional use permit may be submitted to <br /> the Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. If <br /> necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to <br /> mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. Possible <br /> mitigation measures can include, but are not limited to: modifying the hours <br /> of operation, prohibiting amplified music, hiring security personnel, or other <br /> measures deemed necessary by the Planning Commission. <br /> 9. Activities conducted on the subject property shall comply with Chapter 9.04 <br /> of the Pleasanton Municipal Code (Noise Regulations). The applicants (or <br /> designated representative of the business) shall ensure that all musicians, <br /> DJs, and entertainers performing on the subject property are aware of the <br /> City's noise regulations. <br /> 10. The kitchen shall remain open, with at least limited food service available to <br /> patrons, during the operating hours of the business. <br /> 11. The applicants (or designated representative of the business) shall maintain <br /> the area surrounding the restaurant, outdoor dining areas, and parking lot in <br /> a clean and orderly manner at all times. The applicants (or designated <br /> representative of the business) shall regularly monitor the area outside of the <br /> restaurant and parking lot to ensure peace and quiet. <br /> 12. Except as noted above, all previous conditions of approval for Case UP -88- <br /> 25 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />
