ATTACI T
From: eddie churka
Sent: Monday, August 10, 2009 7:45 PM
To: Steve Otto
Subject: Barone's Conditional Use Permit.
Steve,
It seems they put the cart before the horse with this one. Building out the patio and
making all those expensive changes without checking with the City to begin with.
They are a very noisy group with their outdoor loud speakers on their house and now they
start this noisy nuisance 105 feet from my house without any consideration of blocking
the noise into my house. Aiming the speaker at the Rose Hotel just bounces the noise off
of the Hotel and we detect double noise directly from their stage and the Hotel.
Please see my attached.
My bottom line is: WHY DO THEY HAVE TO USE AN AMPLIFIER. THIS IS A
SMALL SPACE AND PATIO AND PEOPLE CAN HEAR WELL ENOUGH WITH
THE INSTRUMENTS AND A SINGER WITHOUT THESE "FAIR GROUND
BLASTER AMPLIFIERS AT LEASE THE CUSTOMERS WOULD GET DRIVEN
AWAY BY THE NOISE AS IS DONE IN WEDDING RECEPTIONS TO END THE
PARTY.
