2005 Pleasanton Plan 2025 DRAFT 11.0 Noise <br /> Program 6.1: Limit construction, delivery, and through -truck traffic to designated routes. <br /> Program 6.2: Enforce the use of truck routes. <br /> Policy 7: Design City streets to reduce noise levels in adjacent areas. <br /> Program 7.1: As appropriate, require sound attenuating paving on streets, earth berms, setbacks, sound walls, and /or <br /> other noise reduction techniques as conditions of development approval. Developers should use sound <br /> walls only where other techniques are not feasible.
