NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER <br /> THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Finds that the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Pleasanton <br /> General Plan 2005 -2025 is complete and adequate and reflects the independent judgment <br /> of the City. <br /> SECTION 2. Certifies the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Pleasanton <br /> General Plan 2005 -2025, a full and complete copy of which is on file with the Planning <br /> Division of the Community Development Department. <br /> SECTION 3.
