c. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br /> the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br /> <br /> 3. Administrative conditional use permits are valid for a <br /> period of twelve (12) months from the date of approval and may <br /> be renewed prior to expiration upon the submittal of a new <br /> application and fee to the zoning administrator, who will <br /> review the application for continuing compliance with the <br /> purposes of this chapter and of Chapter 9.22 (Recycling). <br /> <br /> 4. Any action of the zoning administrator may be appealed to <br /> the Planning Commission by any affected party pursuant to the <br /> requirements of Chapter 18.144 (Appeals). <br /> <br /> Section 9: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in the "Valley Times", a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 10: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) <br /> days following the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on February 2, 1988. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on February 16, 1988. <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> KENNETH R.
