Enclosed is a "Resident Survey" which is one step in this process of conversion. Through this process all residents will eventually have the opportunity to own their lots. At a future date the lots will become available for purchase if you so choose. The park owner has agreed not to commence the conversion for a minimum of ten years. At that time, you may ultimately choose to continue to rent. If you think you may want to purchase your lot, loans will be available through several sources and we will assist in this process. Either way, the choice of whether to buy or rent will be yours. We understand that because the conversion is so far in the future, you do not currently have enough information to make a final decision as to whether or not you would want to purchase your lot. This survey is merely a preliminary indicator of interest. The survey form has been approved by the Board of Directors of your Homeowners Association. The survey results will indicate a preliminary show of interest in resident ownership. In order for your survey responses to be included in the final survey results, responses must be postmarked by March 29, 2008. A self addressed stamped envelope has been enclosed.
