EXHIBIT A, PAGE 1 <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Firehouse Arts Center Signage <br /> Services to be provided by Jill Turman (the Artist) <br /> 1) Signage for West Entry: <br /> The Artist shall create signage per approved design documents in forged steel and stainless. <br /> Letters shall be affixed to 1 "x 1 1 /4" x' /4" steel stanchions, welded to a 2 "x2 "x' /4" angle <br /> iron "top sleeper" provided by the Artist. <br /> Lighting material (rope light and transformers) to be provided by Artist <br /> Artist shall affix LED rope lighting to the signage. <br /> 2" x 3" steel tube "bottom sleeper" with 1" spacers to be provided by Contractor or <br /> Subcontractor, or alternate Contractor or Subcontractor as may be deemed appropriate by the <br /> City. <br /> Artist shall deliver signage in three pieces, complete with lighting, ready for install by <br /> Contractor. <br /> 2) Signage for East Entry: <br /> The Artist shall create signage per approved design documents in forged steel and stainless. <br /> Letters shall be affixed to a steel faceplate with mounts (per design documents.) <br /> Plate to be provided by the Artist. <br /> Artist shall affix LED rope lighting to the signage. <br /> Lighting material (rope light and transformers) to be provided by Artist <br /> Artist shall deliver signage in three pieces, complete with lighting, ready for install by <br /> Contractor or Subcontractor, or alternate Contractor or Subcontractor as may be deemed <br /> appropriate by the City <br /> Page 8 of 8 <br />
