CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1353 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF RENEE 8pILIOTOPOULO8 TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 0.43 ACRES LOCATED AT 824/830 MAIN STREET AND 357 RAY STREET FROM THE ,,R-1-6500" (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO THE "C-C" (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT (RZ-ST-12) WHEREAS, Renee Spiliotopoulos applied to have an approximately 0.43 acre site located at 824/830 Main Street and 357 Ray Street rezoned from the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District to the "C-C" (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on February 2, 1988; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 2, 1988; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 0.43 acre site located at 824/830 Main Street and 357 Ray Street from the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District to the "C-C" (Central Commercial) District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #359, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated February 2, 1988, and incorporated herein by reference- Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
