CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1864 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF RUSSELL AND BETTY MOREIRA FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-13 WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 12, 2002, the Planning Commission denied Case PUD-13, the application of Russell and Betty Moreim for PUD development plan approval to allow the subdivision of an approximately 2.23-acre site into four single-family lots located at 558 Sycamore Road; and WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the applicants submitted an appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD-LDR/A (Planned Unit Development-Low Density Residential/Agricultural) District; and WHEREAS, the property is covered by the Environmental Impact Report prepared and certified for the North Sycamore Specific Plan area; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 16, 2002; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan and the North Sycamore Specific Plan. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Section 2: Approves Case PAP-32, thereby approving Case PUD-13, the application of Russell and Betty Moreira for PUD development plan approval to allow the subdivision of an approximately 2.23-acre site into four single-family lots located at 558 Sycamore Road, subject to the Conditions set forth in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
