Digitized information shall be submitted before <br />requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information <br />as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />FIRE <br /> <br />32. <br /> <br />The applicant shall post address numerals on the project signage so as to be plainly <br />visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />33. <br /> <br />The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />34. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />ENGINEERING <br /> <br />35. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a final drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil engineer <br />depicting all on-site drainage control measures. This plan shall be subject to the review <br />and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Director of Building Inspection prior to the <br />issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />36. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for construction hazard prior to <br />issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will <br />be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />37. All drive aisles shall be signed for no parking except in designated parking areas. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by the <br />City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />39. <br /> <br />All existing wells on the site shall be removed or sealed, filled and abandoned pursuant to <br />Alameda County Ord. 73-68, prior to the start of grading operations unless Zone 7 retains <br />specific wells for observation wells, or special approval is obtained from the City <br />Engineer for temporary use of an existing well for construction water. Any wells <br />designated for abandonment or any wells, encountered during construction, are to be <br />destroyed in accordance with a permit obtained from Zone 7. <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />The applicants shall include erosion control measures on the final grading plan, subject to <br />the approval of the City Engineer.
