CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1863 WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-21 the City of Pleasanton has applied for Planned Unit Development development plan approval to construct an approximately 90-space City park and ride lot to be located on an approximately one-acre site generally located at the northwest comer of Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Drive; and the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) G&LI (General and Light Industrial) District; and minor alterations to existing public facilities are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and a notice of exemption was previously filed with the County Clerk for this project; and Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the development plan; and a duly noticed public heating was held on July 9, 2002; and the City Council finds that the development plan is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Section 2: Approves Case PUD-21, the application of the City of Pleasanton for Planned Unit Development development plan approval to construct an approximately 90-space City park and ride lot to be located on an approximately one-acre site generally located at the northwest comer of Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Drive, subject to the conditions shown in "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
