CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-093 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br />ALLOCATION AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGE <br />TO SIGN A GROWTH MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />PONDEROSA HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 20, 2002, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br />Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 02:191) regarding the <br />Ponderosa Homes project on the Busch Property and the request for growth <br />management allocation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the City Council at which time public testimony was <br /> heard regarding the growth management allocation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the request of Ponderosa Homes for growth management allocations as <br />follows: <br /> 2003 2004 2005 2006 <br />Senior apartments 172* <br /> <br />Single-family/duet units <br />"Major project" <br /> <br />110 81 <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Authorizes the City Manager to sign a Growth Management Agreement in a form <br />approved by the City Attorney to implement the City Council's decision on the <br />Growth Management allocation. <br /> <br />*includes "affordable housing sub-allocations of 44 in 2003, 50 in 2004, 50 in <br />2005 and 28 in 2006 <br /> <br /> <br />
