CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1351 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JOHN FERRERI AND <br /> DUNCAN MATTESON FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO PUD-87-4 <br /> DELETING 20 UNITS, CHANGING THE MIX OF ONE AND <br /> TWO-BEDROOM UNIT8 AND ALTERING FLOOR PLANS AND RELATED <br /> IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OLD DUBLIN <br /> CANYON ROAD APPROXIMATELY 4,800 FEET WEST OF THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF FOOTHILL ROAD AND OLD DUBLIN CANYON ROAD <br /> (PUD-ST-4-1M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 5, 1987, Council adopted Ordinance <br /> No. 1308 approving a 264 unit condominium complex on <br /> approximately 23 acres located on the north side of Old <br /> Dublin Canyon Road, approximately 4,800 feet west of the <br /> intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon <br /> Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson are requesting a major <br /> modification to the approved development plan to delete <br /> 20 units from the project, change the mix of one and <br /> two-bedroom units, alter floor plans and the <br /> configuration of the recreation area and related <br /> improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the development <br /> plan of the subject site (PUD-S7-4) including the <br /> typical architectural and site designs for individual <br /> lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new <br /> information requiring additional environmental review; <br /> therefore, this application does not constitute a new <br /> project under CEQA and no new environmental documents <br /> accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the <br /> modified development plan subject to certain conditions; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of John Ferreri and Duncan <br /> Matteson for a major modification to the approved <br /> development plan for a 264-unit condominium complex to <br /> delete 20 units from the project, change the mix of one <br /> and two-bedroom units, alter floor plans and the <br /> configuration of the recreation area, and related <br /> improvements located on the north side of Old Dublin <br /> Canyon Road approximately 4,800 feet west of the <br /> intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon <br /> Road, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the modifications to the Canyon Meadows <br /> development (PUD-S7-4) shall be substantially as <br /> shown in the revised site plan and elevations, <br /> Exhibit A (dated January 6, 1988) and summary of <br /> <br /> <br />
