CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1348 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF KAMP, KRAL, CROUCH FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A FOUR PARCEL DEVELOPMENT ON 1.2 ACRES AT 3775 MOHR AVENUE (PUD-87-25) WHEREAS, Kamp, Kral and Crouch have applied for development plan approval for construction of four-lot single-family residential development on a 1.2 acre parcel at 3775 Mohr Avenue, approximately 500 feet easterly of Kamp, Drive; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council at the time of the site's rezoning, no further environmental assessment is necessary; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 1, 1987; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of four-lot single-family residential development on a 1.2 acre parcel at 3775 Mohr Avenue, approximately 500 feet easterly of Kamp Drive, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. (PUD-87-25) Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times" a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
