CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1347 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF WILLIAM CURRIN AND M. TIMM <br /> VENTURES INC. FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR PHASE I <br /> OF GOLDEN EAGLE FARMS CONSISTING OF 130 UNITS ON <br /> APPROXIMATELY 52 ACRES LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF <br /> FOOTHILL ROAD JUST NORTH OF CASTLEWOOD COUNTRY CLUB <br /> (PUD-85-15-1D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, William Currin and M. Timm Ventures, Inc. applied for <br /> development plan approval for construction of Phase I of <br /> the Golden Eagle Farms project consisting of 130 units <br /> (115 clustered single family units and 15 large lot <br /> custom home sites) on an approximately 52 acre site <br /> located on the east side of Foothill Road just north of <br /> Castlewood Country Club; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-85-15) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 1, <br /> 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is <br /> consistent with the preliminary development plan, <br /> purposes of the PUD District, and the goals and policies <br /> of the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Ordinance No. 1236 approving PUD-85-15 is hereby <br /> amended by changing the conditions of approval as set <br /> forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the development plan for construction of <br /> Phase I of the Golden Eagle Farms project consisting of <br /> 130 units (115 clustered single family units and 15 <br /> large lot custom home sites) on an approximately 52 acre <br /> site located on the east side of Foothill Road just <br /> north of Castlewood Country Club, subject to the <br /> <br /> <br />
