CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1345 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF BROOKSIDE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR ANAUTOMOBILE WASHING FACILITY ON APPROXIMATELY 0.90 ACRES LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PIMLICO DRIVE 800 FT. EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND PIMLICO DRIVE (PUD-87-24) WHEREAS, Brookside Development Company applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for construction of an approximately 5,650 sq. ft. automobile washing facility and related improvements to be located on an approximately 0.90 acre site located on the north side of Pimlico Drive approximately 800 feet east of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico Drive (PUD-87-24); and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on November 3, 1987; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 3, 1987; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 0.90 are site to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial District, allowing automobile washing facilities and related imDr0vement~ ag a permitted u~. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #356, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated November 3, 1987, and incorporated herein by reference.
