CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1345 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF BROOKSIDE DEVELOPMENT <br /> COMPANY FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR ANAUTOMOBILE WASHING <br /> FACILITY ON APPROXIMATELY 0.90 ACRES LOCATED ON THE <br /> NORTH SIDE OF PIMLICO DRIVE 800 FT. EAST OF THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND PIMLICO DRIVE <br /> (PUD-87-24) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Brookside Development Company applied for Planned Unit <br /> Development rezoning and development plan approval for <br /> construction of an approximately 5,650 sq. ft. <br /> automobile washing facility and related improvements to <br /> be located on an approximately 0.90 acre site located on <br /> the north side of Pimlico Drive approximately 800 feet <br /> east of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico <br /> Drive (PUD-87-24); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on November 3, 1987; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 3, <br /> 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 0.90 are <br /> site to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial <br /> District, allowing automobile washing facilities and <br /> related imDr0vement~ ag a permitted u~. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #356, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated November 3, 1987, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan for an approximately <br /> 5,650 sq. ft. automobile washing facility and related <br /> <br /> <br />
