PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC- 2005 -13 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF DAVID BOGSTAD AND JEFF <br />WOODS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR -426 <br />WHEREAS, David Bogstad and Jeff Woods have applied for design review approval to <br />construct a 4,977 square -foot, two -story custom home with 1,106 square feet of <br />garages at 5250 Clubhouse Drive (Lot 13 of Tract 7372) in the Mariposa Ranch <br />development by the Callippe Preserve Golf Course in the North Sycamore <br />Specific Plan Area; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD -LDR (Planned Unit Development Low Density <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of April 7, 2005, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is consistent with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PDR -426, the application of David Bogstad and Jeff Woods for <br />design review approval to construct a 4,977 square -foot, two -story custom home <br />with 1,106 square feet of garages at 5250 Clubhouse Drive (Lot 13 of Tract 7372) <br />in the Mariposa Ranch development by the Callippe Preserve Golf Course in the <br />North Sycamore Specific Plan Area, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit `B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
