CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1339 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JIM MYERS AND PLEASANTON COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 2.3 ACRES LOCATED AT 3687 OLD SANTA RITA ROAD FROM (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) - COMMERCIAL AND OFFICE DISTRICT (PUD-e7-23) WHEREAS, Jim Myers and Pleasanton Commercial Partnerships applied to have an approximately 2.3 acre site located at 3687 Old Santa Rita Road rezoned from "CS" (Commercial Service) to "PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial Service/Commercial and Office" District; and WHEREAS, this project proposes no physical expansion of existing facilities and involves limited alteration to land use regulations and is therefore exempt from CEQA; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 6, 1987; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 2.3 acre site from "CS" (Commercial Service) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial and Office District located at 3687 Old Santa Rita Road (PUD-87-23), subject to the following conditions: 1. That the uses for the property shall be those permitted and conditionally permitted uses in the C-S (Service Commercial) District and that for the approximately 90,325 square foot area of the first floor and mezzanine area as shown on the plans on file with the Planning Department, the uses shall also include design profession offices and offices for industries engaged in construction and related trades as permitted uses.
