CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1339 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JIM MYERS AND PLEASANTON <br /> COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 2.3 <br /> ACRES LOCATED AT 3687 OLD SANTA RITA ROAD FROM <br /> (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT) - COMMERCIAL AND OFFICE DISTRICT <br /> (PUD-e7-23) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Myers and Pleasanton Commercial Partnerships applied <br /> to have an approximately 2.3 acre site located at 3687 <br /> Old Santa Rita Road rezoned from "CS" (Commercial <br /> Service) to "PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial <br /> Service/Commercial and Office" District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this project proposes no physical expansion of existing <br /> facilities and involves limited alteration to land use <br /> regulations and is therefore exempt from CEQA; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 6, <br /> 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent <br /> with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 2.3 acre <br /> site from "CS" (Commercial Service) District to PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial and Office <br /> District located at 3687 Old Santa Rita Road <br /> (PUD-87-23), subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the uses for the property shall be those <br /> permitted and conditionally permitted uses in the <br /> C-S (Service Commercial) District and that for the <br /> approximately 90,325 square foot area of the first <br /> floor and mezzanine area as shown on the plans on <br /> file with the Planning Department, the uses shall <br /> also include design profession offices and offices <br /> for industries engaged in construction and related <br /> trades as permitted uses. <br /> <br /> <br />
