It is also subject to a Land Conservation Contract. <br /> Environmental Hazards <br /> There are no known environmental hazards on the property. <br /> CEQA Exemption <br /> This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA. A Notice of Exemption was filed September <br /> 21, 2007. The project consists of the acquisition of land in order to create a park. This land is <br /> currently in a natural condition and will remain in a natural condition. Additional CEQA <br /> requirements will be addressed when the lower portion adjacent to Foothill Road is developed <br /> as a staging area. <br />
