Currently, the ALRRF cepts franchise and non franchise <br /> waste, and franchise w• is accepted for disposal from eda County jurisdictions and from <br /> the Ci and County of San rancisco. <br /> B. On May 1996, the County's Zoning Administrator certified a <br /> Final nvironmental Impact Report (re ren as State Clearinghouse #92083047) and <br /> appro ed Conditional Use Permit C -:512 (the "6 Permit which provided for a reduced <br /> expan ion of ALRRF including 1 million tons o posal capacity and an overall requirement <br /> that th volume of wastes acce ed for disposal shall no xceed 11,150 tons per day as <br /> calcul ted on an annual bas (260 operating days per year.
