CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1335 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF KEN GOOCH AND ASSOCIATES <br /> AND NEW LIFE FELLOWSHIP CHURCH FOR PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A <br /> TEN-UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON ONE ACRE ON THE <br /> SOUTH SIDE OF VALLEY TRAILS DRIVE OPPOSITE ITS SOUTHERLY <br /> INTERSECTION WITH NATIONAL PARK ROAD (PUD-87-18) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ken Gooch and Associates and New Life Fellowship Church <br /> applied for planned unit development rezoning and <br /> development plan approval for construction of a ten-unit <br /> single-family residential development to be located on <br /> an approximately one acre site located on the south side <br /> of Valley Trails Drive opposite its southerly <br /> intersection with National Park Road (PUD-87-18); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on August 18, 1987; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 18, <br /> 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately one acre <br /> located on the south side of Valley Trails Drive <br /> opposite its southerly intersection with National Park <br /> Road from the RM-1500 (Multiple-family Residential) <br /> District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High <br /> Density Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on fi].e with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #352, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated August 18, 1987, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan for a ten-unit <br /> single-family residential development on the above <br /> <br /> <br />
