EXHIBIT A <br /> REPORT BY GENERAL MANAGER OF THE MOLLER RANCH <br /> GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT <br /> The undersigned, General Manager of the Moller Ranch geologic <br /> hazard abatement district "GHAD has reviewed the report pursuant to <br /> Public Resources Code Section 26651.
