EXHIBIT A CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, PUD-87-20 AUGUST 18, 1987 1. That the development shall substantially conform to the plans and elevations on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. 2. That the exterior color scheme of the complex shall utilize the blue/tan and green/tan combinations as shown on plans and elevations on file with the Planning Department, that the color combinations shall be utilized in alternating patterns among the individual structures of the development, and that the final color scheme for the complex shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to the- securing of a building permit. 3. That the planter boxes shown on the plans and elevations on file with the Planning Department shall be replaced by planter shelves and that revised plans and elevations showing the location and construction of these shelves shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to the securing of a building permit. 4. That the applicant shall apply for and receive City approval for the corresponding subdivision of the property. 5. That horizontal wood siding shall be used for all exterior building elevations. 6. That the applicant shall secure Growth Management approval for the project prior to submission of the tentative map. 7. That the ground-floor side elevations of Units A and B be revised to include additi,,nal windows and corresponding exterior trim subject to t~e satisfaction of the Planning Director. 8. That the applicant shall secure the necessary permits for removal of any on-site hazardous materials in conformance with City regulations prior to the granting of a building permit. 9. That the applicant shall secure the necessary demolition permits from the Building Department prior to the removal of any existing structure on the project site. - 1 -
