CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1330 ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19.28 REGARDING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT8 AND MERGERS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Subsections of Chapter 19.28 (Lot Line Adjustments and Mergers) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows: Iw19.28.020 Application. An application form, prescribed by the Zoning Administrator, containing such information and/or exhibits as may be required shall be filed with the Zoning Administrator. The application shall be accompanied by such fee as may be established by the city council. ~119.28.030 Decision by zoning administrator. The zoning administrator, or his designee, shall be charged with the duty of making such investigations and reports as may be required. Prior to reaching a decision, the zoning administrator shall consult with such other city personnel as he deems necessary or advisable, particularly as any adjustment may affect assessment districts. If an assessment district is affected, reapportionment shall occur prior to a certificate of lot line adjustment being issued. The zoning administrator shall approve, conditionally approve, or deny lot line adjustments within thirty (30) days of receipt of a completed application. w~19.28.040 Conformity with applicable regulations. Lot line adjustments shall be approved only if the zoning administrator finds that the resulting lots, and the relationship of any improvements located thereon to the proposed property lines, conform to the applicable purposes, standards, and regulations of the building and zoning ordinances." Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton.
