CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1330 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19.28 REGARDING LOT LINE <br /> ADJUSTMENT8 AND MERGERS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Subsections of Chapter 19.28 (Lot Line Adjustments <br /> and Mergers) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code are hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Iw19.28.020 Application. <br /> <br /> An application form, prescribed by the Zoning <br /> Administrator, containing such information and/or <br /> exhibits as may be required shall be filed with the <br /> Zoning Administrator. The application shall be <br /> accompanied by such fee as may be established by the <br /> city council. <br /> <br /> ~119.28.030 Decision by zoning administrator. <br /> <br /> The zoning administrator, or his designee, shall be <br /> charged with the duty of making such investigations and <br /> reports as may be required. Prior to reaching a <br /> decision, the zoning administrator shall consult with <br /> such other city personnel as he deems necessary or <br /> advisable, particularly as any adjustment may affect <br /> assessment districts. If an assessment district is <br /> affected, reapportionment shall occur prior to a <br /> certificate of lot line adjustment being issued. The <br /> zoning administrator shall approve, conditionally <br /> approve, or deny lot line adjustments within thirty (30) <br /> days of receipt of a completed application. <br /> <br /> w~19.28.040 Conformity with applicable regulations. <br /> <br /> Lot line adjustments shall be approved only if the <br /> zoning administrator finds that the resulting lots, and <br /> the relationship of any improvements located thereon to <br /> the proposed property lines, conform to the applicable <br /> purposes, standards, and regulations of the building and <br /> zoning ordinances." <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
