CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1862 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18.84 (SITE, YARD, BULK, USABLE OPEN SPACE, AND LANDSCAPING REGULATIONS) OF THE PLEASNATON MUNICIPAL CODE, AS FILED UNDER CASE PRZ-14 WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 18,2002, the City Council reviewed the report of the Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 02:136) regarding amendments to Chapter 18.84 (Site, Yard, Bulk, Usable Open Space, and Landscaping Regulations) of the Pleasnaton Municipal Code, to allow 42-inch tall fences in residential front and street side yard areas). THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Chapter 18.84 (Site, Yard, Bulk, Usable Open Space, and Landscaping Regulations) of the Pleasnaton Municipal Code is amended to read as set forth in Exhibit "A", atttached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 4.3(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
