CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1862 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18.84 (SITE, <br />YARD, BULK, USABLE OPEN SPACE, AND LANDSCAPING <br />REGULATIONS) OF THE PLEASNATON MUNICIPAL <br />CODE, AS FILED UNDER CASE PRZ-14 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 18,2002, the City Council reviewed the report of the Director <br />of Planning and Community Development (SR 02:136) regarding amendments to <br />Chapter 18.84 (Site, Yard, Bulk, Usable Open Space, and Landscaping <br />Regulations) of the Pleasnaton Municipal Code, to allow 42-inch tall fences in <br />residential front and street side yard areas). <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Chapter 18.84 (Site, Yard, Bulk, Usable Open Space, and Landscaping <br />Regulations) of the Pleasnaton Municipal Code is amended to read as set forth in <br />Exhibit "A", atttached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to <br />Section 4.3(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on June 18, <br />2002. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on July 16, 2002 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />I I III I I I I I : I ] i i <br /> <br /> <br />
