For the Arroyo, the <br />intermediate stage should include: <br /> <br />. Assessment of jurisdictions, coordination with <br />the appropriate regularory agencies (see below, J uris- <br />diction Information), and securing of permits. <br />. A precise assessment of existing conditions, <br />including: a complete ropographical survey (show- <br />ing existing trees, waterline, and major features); a <br />description, in general terms, of the existing plant <br />and wildlife communities in the creek corridor. <br />. Preparation of detailed resroration and enhance- <br />ment guidelines for improvements ro the Arroyo. <br />. Preparation of maintenance guidelines, includ- <br />ing: surveying and moniroring of wildlife and habi- <br />tat, protection of planting, and revegetation <br />techniques. <br />.
