Emergency vehicle access ways (EVAW's) should be provided where surveillance. <br />securiry, or secondary access are required; material to be vehicular concrete or a grass- <br />crete-rype surface; min. 10 ft. width. <br /> <br />. Location and depth of existing utilities, such as high-pressure steel gas lines within <br />the Regional Corridor, should be indicated on construction documents for all work. <br />Digging or excavation within 3 ft. of utilities should be done with caution. and as rec- <br />ommended by rhe utiliry company. No trees or permanent structures (including <br />sculpture) should be located within 5 fro of either side of high-pressure gas lines. <br /> <br />. All improvements should comply with the recommendations of the Americans with <br />Disabilities Acr (ADA). <br /> <br />. All improvements should comply with Ciry, State, and Federal codes and regula- <br />tions. <br /> <br />PLANTING <br /> <br />. Planting should be primarily drought-tolerant plant materials. <br /> <br />. Trees in lawn areas should be no closer than 12 ft. a.c.. to allow for maintenance <br />by large mowers. <br /> <br />. All trees should be irrigated by bubblers on a permanent automatic irrigation sys- <br />tem. <br /> <br />. No rrees should be planted above underground gas lines. <br />. Lawn areas should have a maximum slope of 20%. <br /> <br />MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />.
