CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-074 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING RESIDENTIAL <br />PARKING ZONE TO INCLUDE FALLWOOD <br />REDBUD COURT, AND OLIVE DRIVE <br /> <br />PERMIT <br />COURT, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City of Pleasanton Ordinance No. 1376 establishes the procedures for Residential <br /> Permit Parking Zones; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above-referenced Ordinance requires that specific zone boundaries be <br /> approved by a City Council resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City has been petitioned by over 90 percent of residents on Redbud Court, <br />Fallwood Court and Olive Drive requesting inclusion in the Residential Parking <br />Permit Zone; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City hereby establishes an extension to the residential permit parking zones in <br />the areas as detailed on Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The area detailed in Exhibit "A" shall consist of portions of the areas commonly <br />referred to as the Oak Hill and Foothill Farm neighborhoods. The Oak Hill <br />neighborhood street shall include all of the portions of Redbud Court and Olive <br />Drive. The Foothill Farm Neighborhood shall include all of the portions of <br />Fallwood Court. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
