manner, shall be determined upon City review of the <br /> aforementioned study, and shall take into consideration parks <br /> and recreation needs at present and in the future by phasing <br /> necessary improvements as appropriate. Developer shall <br /> cooperate with the City in providing the parks and recreation <br /> facilities by making this obligation run with the land shown <br /> on Exhibit C and by cooperating in its personal capacity as <br /> an owner of property elsewhere in the Project. The City <br /> agrees to use its best efforts to assess all north Pleasanton <br /> business park developers and employers on a pro-rata basis <br /> for the parks and recreation facilities made necessary by <br /> north Pleasanton development, and the City shall explore <br /> methods to accomplish this as part of the aforementioned <br /> study. <br /> <br />27. Short-Term Aqricultural Uses. Developer shall utilize <br /> dry-farmed grains or other short-term agricultural uses on <br /> vacant sites so long as practicable and consistent with fire <br /> safety requirements. <br /> <br />28. Overhead Transmission Lines. Developer and the City shall <br /> cooperate to work the P.G.&E. to have placed underground the <br /> high voltage power transmission lines within the 1-580 scenic <br /> corridor and, if feasible, along the old S.P.R.R. <br /> right-of-way. <br /> <br />29. Visual Barriers. No materials, supplies or equipment, <br /> including company-owned or operated trucks and motor <br /> vehicles, shall be stored in any area on a site except inside <br /> or behind a solid visual barrier, at least six (6) feet in <br /> height, separating that area from surrounding properties and <br /> public streets. <br /> <br />/// <br /> <br /> <br />
