CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1319 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15.28.060(F) OF THE <br /> PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE CHANGING THE DISCHARGE <br /> REQUIREMENTS TO AGREE WITH DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES <br /> DISTRICT STANDARD8 <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section 15.28,060(F) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> is amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "F. Any waters or wastes with pH lower than six or <br /> higher than eleven,or having any corrosive property <br /> capable of causing damage or hazard to structures, <br /> equipment and/or personnel;" <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on July 7, 1987. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on July 21, 1987 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler ~/~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: _/ <br /> ~ENNETR ~.
