CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1313 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF STONESON DEVELOPMENT <br /> CORPORATION FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br /> FOR A 104 UNIT TOWNHOUSE COMPLEX ON 13.5 ACRES LOCATED <br /> IN THE AREA BOUNDED BY STONERIDGE DRIVE, SPRINGDALE <br /> AVENUE, GOLD CREEK AND PLEASANT HILL DRIVE (PUD-87-5) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Stoneson Development Corporation applied for development <br /> plan approval for construction of a 104 unit townhouse <br /> complex to be located on approximately 13.5 acres in the <br /> area bounded by Stoneridge Drive, Springdale Avenue, <br /> Gold Creek and Pleasant Hill Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on May 19,1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 19, 1987; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 13.5 acre <br /> site located in the area bounded by Stoneridge Drive, <br /> Springdale Avenue, Gold Creek and Pleasant Hill Drive <br /> from the RM-2500 (Multi-family Residential) District to <br /> the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density <br /> Residential District. (PUD-87-5) <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #344, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated 5/19/87, and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan for a 104-unit <br /> townhouse complex, subject to the conditions on Exhibit <br /> "B" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
