CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1313 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 104 UNIT TOWNHOUSE COMPLEX ON 13.5 ACRES LOCATED IN THE AREA BOUNDED BY STONERIDGE DRIVE, SPRINGDALE AVENUE, GOLD CREEK AND PLEASANT HILL DRIVE (PUD-87-5) WHEREAS, Stoneson Development Corporation applied for development plan approval for construction of a 104 unit townhouse complex to be located on approximately 13.5 acres in the area bounded by Stoneridge Drive, Springdale Avenue, Gold Creek and Pleasant Hill Drive; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on May 19,1987; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 19, 1987; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 13.5 acre site located in the area bounded by Stoneridge Drive, Springdale Avenue, Gold Creek and Pleasant Hill Drive from the RM-2500 (Multi-family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential District. (PUD-87-5) Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #344, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated 5/19/87, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: Approves the development plan for a 104-unit townhouse complex, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
