CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1312 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.116.010 OF THE <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO ALLOW <br /> SUBDIVISION SALES OFFICES CLOSER THAN 200 FEET FROM ANY <br /> EXISTING DWELLING OUTSIDE THE SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section 18.116.010, Chapter 18 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> -18.116.010 Temporary conditional uses. <br /> <br /> The following temporary uses shall be permitted <br /> upon the granting of a use permit in accord with the <br /> provisions of Section 18.124.170 relating to temporary <br /> use permit: <br /> <br /> A. Temporary conditional uses in C districts <br /> prescribed in Section 18.44,090; <br /> B. Subdivision sales offices, and model home <br /> complexes; such uses shall be located so as to minimize <br /> their impact on adjoining occupied dwellings, generally <br /> a minimum separation of 200 feet; <br /> C. Construction yards located not less than two <br /> hundred feet from any existing dwelling outside the <br /> subdivision; <br /> D. Nonresidential uses conducted in trailers, <br /> provided each use shall be a permitted use or a <br /> conditional use in the district in which it is located; <br /> E. Trailer residence of fair, circus or carnival <br /> personnel or Christmas tree sales personnel on the site <br /> of the principal use, or trailer residence or a watchman <br /> on the site of a construction project." <br /> <br />section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasant0n. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on May 5, 1987. <br /> <br /> <br />
