Property Owner owns approximately acres of real property, the legal <br /> <br /> description and map of which are set forth in Exhibit B (the "Additional <br /> Property."), attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> 1. A portion of the Additional Property consisting of approximately <br /> <br /> 5.7 acres, the legal description and map of which are set forth in <br /> <br /> Exhibit C, attached hereto, is to be dedicated as additional right-of-way for <br /> Vineyard Avenue (the "Additional Right-of-Way"). <br /> <br /> 2. A portion on the Additional Property consisting of approximately <br /> 2:200 square feet is to be dedicated by easement or fee (at Property <br /> Owner's option) for mitigation land, the legal description and map of <br /> which are set forth in Exhibit D, attached hereto ("Mitigation Land"). <br /> <br />3. A portion of the Additional Property consisting of approximately <br /> 0.2 acres is to be dedicated in fee for a sewer pump station, the legal <br /> description and map of which are set forth in Exhibit E. attached hereto <br /> ("Sewer Pump Station"). <br /> <br />4. A portion of the Additional Property and a portion of the Properly <br /> consisting of approximately 5.6 acres are to be dedicated by easement or <br /> fee (at Property O~vner's option) for detention basins, the legal description <br /> and map of which are set forth in Exhibit F. attached hereto ("Detention <br /> Basins). <br /> <br />5.
