Phase II and Phase III improvements will be constructed in accordance <br />with the Specific Plan and conditions of approval. The funding of these <br />improvements is described in the Finance Plan, a copy of which is <br />attached as Exhibit C. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br /> Vested Development Approvals. <br /> <br />A. The Properl), Owner shall be vested with the right to develop the Property <br /> in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the Specific <br /> Plan and existing Project approvals. Without limiting said terms mid <br /> conditions, the vested rights include the uses, density and intensity of use. <br /> design of buildings, provisions for dedication of land for public purposes. <br /> and other standards and conditions of development contained in these <br /> existing approvals.
