CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1311 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVIN~ THE APPLICATION OP BAS HOMES FOR A <br /> MAJOR MODIFICATION CHANGING PRIVATE STREET8 TO PUBLIC <br /> STREETS (PUD-S3-10-3M/S3-12-2M/S6-15-1M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PUD-83-10, PUD-83-12 and PUD-86-15 were originally <br /> approved to have private streets and since that time bas <br /> Homes has requested the streets be changed to public <br /> streets; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the streets have been determined to be appropriate <br /> pursuant to City standards; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, public street designation is appropriate in order to <br /> insure proper emergency access at all times as required <br /> by the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the <br /> major modification subject to certain conditions; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of has Homes for a major <br /> modification to an approved development plan for a <br /> 29-unit residential project located on an approximately <br /> 25 acre site, located generally in the area bounded by <br /> Mohr Avenue, Martin Avenue and Cameron Avenue, to permit <br /> private streets serving the development to be changed to <br /> public streets, subject to the conditions set forth in <br /> Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. (PUD-83-10-3M/83-12-2M/86-15-1M) <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> Of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on May 5, 1987. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
