CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-070 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FY 2002-03 MID-TERM <br />BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in June 2001, the City Council adopted a two-year Operating Budget and Capital <br /> Improvement Program for fiscal years 2001-02 and 2002-03; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />staff has prepared a mid-term budget update which includes recommended <br />amendments to the second year of the already adopted Operating and CIP budgets; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 18, 2002 and staff presented a report <br /> (SR 02:140) regarding the recommended amendments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Council adopts the FY 2002-03 Mid-Term Budget and Capital Improvement <br />Program Budget amendments. <br /> <br />Council adopts the FY 2002-03 Community Development Block Grant program as <br />set forth in Attachment B of the Mid-Term Budget. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 18, 2002 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
