California. makes this report, as directed by tile Ci~x <br />Council. pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscapine and Lighting Act bf 1972)J <br /> <br /> Tile impro;'ements which are the sul~iect of this Report are briefly described as lbllows: <br /> <br />The maintenance aod repair of designated landscaped areas, open space slopes, fuel transition <br />zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the <br />open space and designated landscaped areas, and the furnishing of water and 'power' lbr irrigation <br />systems, together with all appurtenances and incidental expenses within Tract 6618. City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />This Report consists of six parts, as ibllows: <br /> <br />PART A - <br /> <br />Plans and specifications i'br tile improvements are filed with tile City Clerk. Although <br />separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report 'and are included in <br />it bx reference. <br /> <br />PART B - An estilnate nf the annnal maintenance costs ofths= improvements. <br /> <br />PART C - <br /> <br />An assessment of the estimated cosl of tile improvement on each benefited parcel of land <br />xx ithin tile Assessment District. <br /> <br />PART D - <br /> <br />,,\ slatemenl of thc method bx which the undersigned has determined tile amount <br />proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br />PART E - <br /> <br />A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within this assessment district.
