City of Pleasanton. This Report consists of six parts, as ibllows: PART A - Plans and specifications i'br tile improvements are filed with tile City Clerk. Although separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report 'and are included in it bx reference. PART B - An estilnate nf the annnal maintenance costs ofths= improvements. PART C - An assessment of the estimated cosl of tile improvement on each benefited parcel of land xx ithin tile Assessment District. PART D - ,,\ slatemenl of thc method bx which the undersigned has determined tile amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel.
