CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1309 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PONDEROSA INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 111 UNIT SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY 13.4 ACRES LOCATED IN THE AREA BOUNDED BY PASEO SANTA CRUZ, VIA DE LOS CERRO8, AND CAMINO SEGURA (PUD-86-12) WHEREAS, Ponderosa Industries, Inc. applied for development plan approval for construction of a 111 unit single family residential development to be located on an approximately 13.4 acre site located in the area bounded by Paseo Santa Cruz, Via de los Cerros, and Camino Segura; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on April 21, 1987; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 21, 1987; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of a 111 unit single family residential development to be located on an approximately 13.4 acre site located in the area bounded by Paseo Santa Cruz, Via de los Cerros, and Camino Segura, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald" a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. - 1 -
