Although separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report'and are included in it by reference. PART B - An estimate ol'the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited parcel of land xx ithin the Assessment District. PART D - .'\ statement o]' the method by .,vhicb the undersigned has determined the anlount proposed to be assessed against each parcel.
