Calitbr~ia. makes this report as directed by the Cit',' Council. <br />pursuant to Section 2258~ of the Streets and Hi,.z'hwavs Code (Landscapine and ',, ' ' <br /> - Lt=htlng Act of 1972). <br /> <br />The improvements which are the sub ect of this Report are briefly described as lbllows: <br /> <br />The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas and open space areas, entry features. <br />masonry soundwalls, common area draina,xe ditches, irriaation systems, trees an'd plantings in <br />designated landscaped areas, furnishing o~ water and po~wer for irri~ation systems, and street <br />lights, together with all appurtenant and incidemal expenses within Trac~ 6320. ~itv of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />This Report consists of six parts, as Ibllows: <br /> <br />PART A - <br /> <br />Plans and specifications tbr tile improvements are filed with the Cit.,' Clerk. Although <br />separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report'and are included in <br />it by reference. <br /> <br />PART B - An estimate ol'the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br /> <br />PART C - <br /> <br />An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited parcel of land <br />xx ithin the Assessment District. <br /> <br />PART D - <br /> <br />.'\ statement o]' the method by .,vhicb the undersigned has determined the anlount <br />proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br />PART E - <br /> <br />An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within the assessment <br />district.
