Other developers <br />are contributing to the cost of the equipment. <br /> <br />(viii) <br /> <br />Fund 271 - Lower Income Housing Fund <br />$1,181,244 collected in FY 1995-96. Cash Balance at June 30, 2001 <br />is $10,055,544. Lower Income Housing In Lieu fees are being <br />accumulated in this fund and will be put toward the construction of <br />an assisted living facility in FY 2002-03 and toward other housing <br />projects. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
