Resolution No. 02-049 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 21, 2002, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br /> Housing Division (SR 02:123) regarding the renewal of the cooperative agreement <br /> with the County of Alameda to participate as part of the Alameda County HOME <br /> Consortium; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Council authorizes the City Manager to execute a renewed cooperative agreement <br />between the City of Pleasanton and the County of Alameda to participate in the <br />Alameda County HOME Consortium for a period of three years (fiscal years 2003, <br />2004, and 2005) for the purposes of securing federal HOME funds and developing <br />the Consolidated Plan and related documents, and to take all other necessary <br />actions to carry out the City's participation in the Alameda County HOME <br />Consortium. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 21, 2002 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />None <br />Councilmember Michelotti <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael H.
