CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1308 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JOHN FERRERI AND DUNCAN MATTESON FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 264 UNIT CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 23 ACRES LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OLD DUBLIN CANYON ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 4,800 FEET WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF FOOTHILL ROAD AND OLD DUBLIN CANYON ROAD (PUD-87-4) WHEREAS, John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson applied for development plan approval for construction of a 264 unit residential condominium complex to be located on an approximately 23 acre site located on the north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road, approximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on April 21, 1987; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 21, 1987; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of a 264 unit residential condominium complex to be located on an approximately 23 acre site located on the north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road, approximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald" a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton.
