Ken Koenen is appointed as a regular member of the Library Commission, which term expires on April 30, 2006, or until such time as he is replaced. Debbie Look is appointed as an alternate member of the Library Commission, which term expires on April 30, 2006, or until such time as she is replaced. David Choy is reappointed as a regular member of the Parks and Recreation Commission, which term expires on April 30, 2006, or until such time as he is replaced. Jim Dibiase and Kathy Narum are appointed as regular members of the Parks and Recreation Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2006, or until such time as they are replaced. Steve Brozosky is appointed as an alternate member of the Parks and Recreation Commission, which term expires on April 30, 2006, or until such time as he is replaced. Trish Maas, Mary Roberts, and Matt Sullivan are reappointed as regular members of the Planning Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2006, or until such time as they are replaced. Anna Currin, Bonnie Radford, and Chris Testa are reappointed as regular members of the Youth Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2004, or until such time as they are replaced. Sarah Rachmiel, Clinton Johnson, Adam Sloustcher, and Lindsey Bauer are appointed as regular members of the Youth Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2004, or until such time as they are replaced. Tyler Sussman and Michael Johnson are appointed as alternate members of the Youth Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2004, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 17: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
