CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1306 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11.44 "REMOVAL OF ABANDONED <br /> VEHICLES FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY" <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section 11.44,180 (Removal of Abandoned Vehicles From <br /> Private Property) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> ,,11.44,180 Minimum size sign required. <br /> <br /> The minimum size sign shall be the minimum size <br /> specified in Vehicle Code Section 22658. If the notice <br /> provisions of Vehicle Code Section 22658 are combined <br /> with notice provisions required to be placed on a larger <br /> size sign (e.g., Section 21107.8 of the Vehicle Code, <br /> seventeen inch by twenty-two inch signs for a parking <br /> facility subject to public traffic regulations and <br /> control), the minimum dimensions shall be the size of <br /> the larger sized sign." <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on April 7, 1987. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on April 21, 1987 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None NN TH R.~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ;4~'~lker, City Clerk ~j~/j <br /> <br /> P~tef D~ MacDonald, Ci~~ At£~[n y <br /> <br /> <br />
