CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1304 <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT TO SECTION 2.35.035 TO REQUIRE ACTION REPORT <br /> FROM HOUSING COMMISSION <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section 2.36,035 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is <br /> amended by adding a new subsection A to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "A. Action Memorandum. Within ten calendar days <br /> from the date of any housing commission meeting, the <br /> director shall provide each board member with an action <br /> memorandum identifying each formal action taken by the <br /> commission and the vote thereon." <br /> <br />Section 2: Subsections 2.36.035 A, B and C are relettered as B, <br /> C and D respectively. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on March 17, 1987. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on April 7, 1987 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None E~NET~H~~/ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> K R.
