CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1301 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO PUD-82-16 ALLOWING AN INCREASE TO A 48-UNIT PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 42 ACRES (PUD-S2-16-2M) WHEREAS, Council adopted Ordinance No. 1076 in March 1983 approving a 39-unit single-family residential project for property owned by Ralph Martin; and WHEREAS, HSC Development has purchased the property from Mr. Martin and has applied for a major modification to increase the project to 48 units, to be located on an approximately 42 acre site, located generally on the north side of Crellin Road, opposite the intersection of Rhine Way and Crellin Road; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the development plan subject to certain conditions; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of HSC Development for a major modification to an approved development plan to allow an increase to a 48-unit project, to be located on an approximately 42 acre site, located generally on the north side of Crellin Road, opposite the intersection of Rhine Way and Crellin Road, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
