CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1301 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO PUD-82-16 <br /> ALLOWING AN INCREASE TO A 48-UNIT PROJECT ON <br /> APPROXIMATELY 42 ACRES (PUD-S2-16-2M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council adopted Ordinance No. 1076 in March 1983 <br /> approving a 39-unit single-family residential project <br /> for property owned by Ralph Martin; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HSC Development has purchased the property from Mr. <br /> Martin and has applied for a major modification to <br /> increase the project to 48 units, to be located on an <br /> approximately 42 acre site, located generally on the <br /> north side of Crellin Road, opposite the intersection of <br /> Rhine Way and Crellin Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the <br /> development plan subject to certain conditions; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of HSC Development for a <br /> major modification to an approved development plan to <br /> allow an increase to a 48-unit project, to be located on <br /> an approximately 42 acre site, located generally on the <br /> north side of Crellin Road, opposite the intersection of <br /> Rhine Way and Crellin Road, subject to the conditions <br /> set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on March 3, 1987. <br /> <br /> <br />
