CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1400 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCEAPPROVING CASE PUD-88-3-2M, THE <br /> APPLICATION OF BLACKBURN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in April 1988, the City Council approved Case PUD-88-3, <br /> the application of Blackburn Development Company for a <br /> 42-1ot, medium-density residential subdivision located <br /> on an approximately 15 acre site on Vineyard Avenue. <br /> The approval included six floor plans for the homes to <br /> be constructed on the lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Blackburn Development Company has applied for a major <br /> modification to the approved 42-1ot residential project <br /> located at 2820 Vineyard Avenue to allow development as <br /> custom lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the <br /> major modification subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Blackburn Development <br /> Company for a major modification to the approved 42-1ot <br /> residential project located at 2820 Vineyard Avenue to <br /> allow development as custom lots subject to the <br /> conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br /> part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on February 21, 1989. <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
