CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1395 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PT~ASANTON <br /> TO PREZONE APPROXIMATELY 31 ACRES LOCATED ON BOTH <br /> SIDES OF TRENERY DRIVE APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET WEST <br /> OF ITS INTERSECTION WITHMARTIN AVENUE TO VARIOUS <br /> DISTRICTS (RZ-88-12) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of <br /> approximately 31 acres consisting of a one acre <br /> site to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium <br /> Density Residential District, an approximately <br /> twenty acre site to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-Low Density Residential District and <br /> an approximately ten acre site to the PUD (Planned <br /> Unit Development)-Medium/High Density Residential <br /> District all located generally in the area on both <br /> sides of Trenery Drive approximately 600 feet west <br /> of the intersection of Trenery Drive and Martin <br /> Avenue (RZ-88-12); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br /> no significant adverse effects on the environment, <br /> a negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> January 3, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on <br /> January 3, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the <br /> City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately one <br /> acre site to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-Medium Density Residential District, <br /> an approximately twenty acre site to the PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential <br /> District and an approximately ten acre site to the <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium/High Density <br /> Residential District, all located generally in the <br /> area on both sides of Trenery Drive approximately <br /> 600 feet west of the intersection of Trenery Drive <br /> and Martin Avenue (RZ-88-12). <br /> <br /> <br />
