CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1394 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE ENDING TABLE 18.44.090 (PERMITTED <br /> AND CONDITIONAL USES) OF CHAPTER 18.04 AND CHAPTER <br /> 18.40 OF TITLE 18 OF THE PT~ASANTONMUNICIPAL CODE <br /> TO DELETE CARDROOMS AS A PERMITTED USE IN C-R <br /> (REGIONAL COMMERCIAL-MALL) AND AS A CONDITIONAIJ~ <br /> PERMITTED USE IN C-R (REGIONAL <br /> COMMERCIAL-PERIPHERY) AND C-C (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) <br /> ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Amend Table 18.44.090 of Chapter 18.04 of Title <br /> 18 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to delete as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> CR CR <br /> (m) (p) CN CC CS CF CA <br /> <br /> P c c <br />pool halls <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on January 3, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
